Natural Remedies Wiki is a community of people who have committed to preserving and expanding the knowledge of natural, common, and home remedies available for all types of illnesses and maladies. If you know a remedy for an illness or ailment, join our community and add it to the wiki!

There are a few rules we ask you to follow --

  1. pen-paperOnly add information you know from a reputable source. If it's hearsay, a hunch, or just something you think is a good idea, please don't add it to the listing of remedies. Scroll down a bit and add it to the discussion for that illness.
  2. Before you create a new page, please do a search and see if the illness/ailment already exists, and add your edits to the pre-existing page.
  3. Our wiki is organized by illnesses and ailments. Let's say you want to know what dandelion is good for. Search for it. But please don't create a page for Dandelion, or any other remedy.
  4. Rules are made to be broken. If you've got a good recipe, such as Master Tonic or a splendid tincture, we'd love for you to enter it in our Recipes section.
  5. If you're quoting a source, please reference it in your edit. Check here to learn how to leave footnotes in your article edits.
  6. Please play nice with each other. If you disagree about a remedy that someone else has written about, the proper way to deal with it is in the discussion at the bottom of the article. The improper way to deal with it is to delete what was previously written. There's an exception to this rule - if you know for a fact that information left in the wiki is dangerous, then by all means get rid of it! And tell us why in the discussion.
  7. We also ask that you help us keep things organized. Add tags to your articles. And if you see a way to organize things better, contact us and tell us about it!
